Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is now an indispensable part of our everyday working lives. Today, many of us are already working while on the move between fixed locations or via networks.

But how is information and communication technology actually being used in today's knowledge economy? This survey addresses this exact question and is being conducted as part of the "Office 21" joint research project by the Fraunhofer IAO. The aim of the study is to investigate current and future applications and requirements with regard to information and communication technology.
It will take approximately 15-20 minutes to answer all the questions. To thank you for taking part, we would be delighted to provide you with a summary of the study results should you wish.
